UNIT -1 ( Located in Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore)
- Total built-up area: 12,000 sq. ft.
- Shop floor: 6,500 sq. ft. equipped with 3-axis machines for producing parts ranging from small detailed to large complex structural components up to 1.2 meters in length.
- We Have 8 CNC Vertical Machining Centres,1 CNC Horizontal Machining Centre,1 CNC Lathe
- We also have 2 CMM’s and a range of Measuring instruments.
We also have a Tool Room Facility (Ayyappa Industrial Tools). with a range of Conventional Machines where we are manufacturing our own cutting tools required for component manufacturing.
UNIT -2 ( Located in KIADB Aeropark near Bangalore International Airport)
- Total built-up area: 45,000 sq. ft.
- Shop floor: 30,000 sq. ft. with 500 KVA sanctioned power.
- We have 5 CNC Vertical Machining centres and 2 Simultaneous 5 axis milling machine and 2 Turning Centre.
- We have a 3 Metre length Carl Zeiss CMM and a range of Measuring instruments.
- We have the facility to install about 40 – 50 machines.
